Did you know that 10 minutes of skipping is more efficient than half an hour of jogging?

SUMMER IS COMING and most of you will stress to get the new bikini body as fast as possible. Don’t hurry too much, choose the right exercises and keep eating healthy.

Keep yourself fit and you will love yourself more.

Here are some skipping varieties found here:

  • Skip Jump - hop on one foot and kick the other foot to the front (or behind) the body, alternate legs
  • Jog Jump - alternate your feet in a jogging movement as you jump the rope
  • Hop Jump – hop on one leg for for several jumps, alternate legs (start with 2 per leg and increase as you improve)
  • Jack Jump – do “jumping jacks” as you jump – one jump land with your legs apart, next jump land with them together

2013-14 FW RTW - Decor pictures - 001A tribute to the world (there are 300 Chanel shops around the world). The world loves french fashion and loves Chanel. The new f/w 2013 collection plays with proportions and movement. Mysterious, from black to gray with silver as jewelry. See the video below were Karl Lagerfeld talks about the collection, the models catwalk around the world and the person who hosts the interview (I think it is Garance Doré) is cut off on every question by Karl. I would love to have a talk with him, he is a great guy :) .

taro horiuchi 1I’ve been hypnotized by those images captured of the video by director Genki Ito. This fantastic mirror effect which still rules the fashion and art at this moment, the ”time displacement” effect, the colors and of course the urban style fashion collection for s/s 2013 of Taro Horiuchi make the video (find it all the way down) a very unique mesmerizing experience.

I LOVE THE 90′S

One of the new trends for s/s 2013 are the 90′s. According to Luisa Via Roma and her favorite bloggers which she invites 2 times a year to her event “Firenze4ever” the Saturday night fever will throw us back his disco ball and make us dance with exactly those kind of boots.

I love the 90′s…and I love this boots by Cori Amenta.
