This is all about the boys, when they like to be beautiful and gallant, and when they place particular importance on physical appearance. Dandy, they were called in the past, between the late 18th- and early 19th-century in Britain, today we don’t have a name anymore for them. Most probably it would be just a normal boy.

The aristocratic lifestyle and the tailored wardrobe is at the moment exhibited in The Museum of Art Rhode Island School of Design. Definitely something what I would like to go to visit if I would be in the neighbour hood.

To be beautiful, that is the girls biggest obsession. But beauty lies in the eye of the beholder and what for one is unattractive and plain, for an other it might be delicate, fascinating and wonderful.

The 19-year-old Hungarian Photographer Flora Borsi makes us think with her Real Life Models series. How the models of contorted abstract paintings must have looked like?  Through an amazing photo manipulation of famous paintings of Kees van Dongen, Rudolf Hausner and Picasso she gives us examples of the real life models of those times.

Ulia is based in Moscow. She graduated from St. Petersburg University of technology & design. Her creations are a combination of art and fashion, for young cosmic rangers and “computer gamers”. Lack, caps and helmets, holographic textile, simple cut and curious prints, everything for the futuristic youth.

Did you know that 10 minutes of skipping is more efficient than half an hour of jogging?

SUMMER IS COMING and most of you will stress to get the new bikini body as fast as possible. Don’t hurry too much, choose the right exercises and keep eating healthy.

Keep yourself fit and you will love yourself more.

Here are some skipping varieties found here:

  • Skip Jump - hop on one foot and kick the other foot to the front (or behind) the body, alternate legs
  • Jog Jump - alternate your feet in a jogging movement as you jump the rope
  • Hop Jump – hop on one leg for for several jumps, alternate legs (start with 2 per leg and increase as you improve)
  • Jack Jump – do “jumping jacks” as you jump – one jump land with your legs apart, next jump land with them together
