F/W 2017 Ready to wear CHROMAT.
This is Bernhard. He is my model for today presenting one of the snobs. The snobs are snobish looking faces that are painted on mediterranean shells found in Peloponnese, Greece and that became now necklaces. The sprayed colorful background indicates if they are portrayed at sunset or during the day at the beach. All of them are part of my HIGH SNOBIETY COLLECTION. and they are available at my pop-up store on Erikousa island.
This small item is a classic to have for the beach. You don’t need to bring a big wallet when you are heading towards the sea. This small wallet is big enough to bring coins, paper money and the credit card. The shell attached to the zip already tells you from where it comes from and the seagull guides you in the right direction…direction beach of course.
It is part of my first collection. Together with the seagull tank top and one of my necklaces (they will be presented in one of the next days) one can be definitely referred as a beach person.
Of course it is also an item presented at the moment in my pop up store on Erikousa island. All the wallies are handmade and each seagull has been hand painted.
They might contain traces of Mediterranean sand as the all have been rubbed in the sand to get a real touch of happiness.
The second item I would like to present to you from my Pop-up store are my hand painted beach rackets.
You can play with the racket on the beach or hang it in your room for decoration. It is a simple beach item with a very special touch of individuality.
The rackets are made from plywood for the sea. They are light and can be handled from kids and adults. I used plastic paint and coded them twice with yacht varnish.
Each racket is unique in design and has been painted by me in a time frame of 3 years. In my pop-up store I exhibit 10 rackets, all the others are already on the beach happily shooting the ball from the right to the left, and left to the right….pop…..pop…..pop….pop….
And here are all the rackets from the front and back side:
